Step 1Initial diagnosis
We thoroughly assess your machine to identify faults and whether repairs are economically viable. If not, we’ll tell you and reduce the service cost accordingly.

Hands-on with slush machines since 2017. We restore tired, faulty machines to full working order — servicing can cost as little as 10% of a new unit.
We service machines bought from Rico’s Slushies or recognised brands (not unbranded or replica machines).
Step 1We thoroughly assess your machine to identify faults and whether repairs are economically viable. If not, we’ll tell you and reduce the service cost accordingly.
Step 2A deep internal and external clean removes syrup residue, grease and dust. We straighten bent condenser fins and check for previous leaks or damage.
Step 3Confirmed faults are repaired and parts replaced as needed. We contact you for approval before replacing any unapproved components.
Step 4We rebuild the machine to factory-standard precision.
Step 5Continuous testing with slush product — at your location or ours — to ensure reliability. On-site servicing uses a shorter test cycle to confirm function.
Step 6A final clean removes any testing residue so your machine comes back ready to serve.
