Attendance figures show the size of event each package suits — not the number of servings. Servings are approximate (one 8oz cup ≈ 237ml) and depend on fill level and wastage. Flavour choice is from our range of 10; the number served at once depends on machine bowls.

Full payment is taken when you book — we don’t take deposits. Your booking is confirmed once payment has gone through.
Bookings can’t be cancelled under our terms, but you can request a date change and we’ll move your booking if the machine is available. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Delivery and collection are priced by postcode and shown before you pay. We cover London and the surrounding counties, in and outside the M25.
Yes — next-day collection is available for an extra £40 per day, on top of the standard delivery charge.
Slush machines take around 45 minutes to freeze, so we set up about an hour before your event starts. Setup is included in the hire.
Machines can be self-operated, or you can add an attendant at £20 per hour to serve your guests.
Yes, as long as the machine is covered in case of rain and there is a power supply nearby. A branded gazebo is available on request.
Yes. We hold public liability insurance and our machines are PAT tested every year.
