Perfect for any occasion, our 20L Double Slush Machine produces up to 100 cups per freeze cycle (30–45 mins). With simple refilling, you can maximise output and never run out!

⚠️ Glycerol Awareness – Important for Children Under 8

We care about your health and safety — especially for children.

Some slush syrups on the market contain glycerol (E422), which can:

  • Lower the freezing point (to maintain slushy consistency)

  • Improve texture and pourability

  • Retain moisture (acts as a humectant)

While useful, glycerol can pose serious health risks to young children when consumed in excess.
The UK Food Standards Agency (FSA) has reported several cases of children aged 4–8 becoming seriously ill, with symptoms including:

  • Low blood sugar (hypoglycaemia)

  • Lethargy

  • Loss of consciousness

  • Hospitalisation

???? FSA Guidance (2023):

  • Children under 4 should not be given slush drinks containing glycerol

  • Retailers should not offer free refills of glycerol-based slush to children under 10

Refunds:

All refunds will be issued on a case by case basis and is subject to a full refund in a voucher form, alternatively also can be rescheduled with no additional costs. This is as per stated in our FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay?

Full payment is taken when you book — we don’t take deposits. Your booking is confirmed once payment has gone through.

Can I cancel or change my date?

Bookings can’t be cancelled under our terms, but you can request a date change and we’ll move your booking if the machine is available. Your statutory rights are not affected.

How much is delivery?

Delivery and collection are priced by postcode and shown before you pay. We cover London and the surrounding counties, in and outside the M25.

Can you collect the next day?

Yes — next-day collection is available for an extra £40 per day, on top of the standard delivery charge.

When do you set up?

Slush machines take around 45 minutes to freeze, so we set up about an hour before your event starts. Setup is included in the hire.

Do you provide staff?

Machines can be self-operated, or you can add an attendant at £20 per hour to serve your guests.

Can the machines go outside?

Yes, as long as the machine is covered in case of rain and there is a power supply nearby. A branded gazebo is available on request.

Are your machines safe and insured?

Yes. We hold public liability insurance and our machines are PAT tested every year.
